Why you have to teach your boys to respect the womens ?

I believe that teaching boys to have respect and matters toward the women's must begins since they're little, my son always have seen my husband opening the door for me when we go out. Some people might think, 
that's Old School ! 
But let me tell you something,sometimes the Old School 
practices can make you son become a great man that respects women's in the future. 

Everyday I read about Domestic Violence and 

I wonder... How many of those man's their 

mother and fathers teach them to respect a women's.

The other day I was in the mall with my son and he open the door for me to get inside,when I got in he stand by the door because other people where getting in, they look at him so surprise like he was from another planet. But I was so proud of him for been polite.

When I got home I got to think...

I think I'm doing something right.
